Is Scamming Punishable If It Involves Cross-Server Trading?

Hi! Just wanna ask if there is a punishment whenever you get scammed by trading items from one game mode to another.

For example,
Trading of 7 Vote Keys in OPSkyBlock for 7 Vote Keys in OPFactions, but while in the middle of the transaction, you get scammed or the other player does not do his end of the deal. If sufficient evidence is provided such as a video of the transaction, would the player who scammed be punished or not? + Would the items of the one who got scammed be returned to him/her afterward, or nope?

Just asking due to the reason that there are no rules indicated in the Rules and Punishment with regards to Cross-Server Trading Scamming. A proper response to this question would be very much appreciated.

Cross-Gamemode Scamming is punishable only if the trade starts at a gamemode where scamming is punishable(SkyBlock & Survival). So in the example you made the player would be punished for scamming, but if it was the other way around and you gave 7 vote keys on OPFactions for 7 vote keys on OPSkyblock he wouldn't be. Unfortunately, we do not return items lost this way.

I have wondered this too, as I see this happen a lot between sky blocks servers where scamming is not allowed and kitpvp, where it’s the opposite, thank you for clearing this up!
