is Nerfing Seasonal Armor Good thing?

seasonal armors are too op but the problem aint beacuse they getting perm Speed III for dealing over 20% more damage to enemis the problem they are getting Permenate Resistance II which its less 40% damage mean while Iron Clad giving Resistance III but if Boss Or Player Tagged you the effect gone and duraction of effect is 4 minutes its must be work good
