is braindead a disability?

after being banned for calling someone braindead i cant help but wonder how braindead is a disability so please feel free to add your input also if braindead is banable so is stupid etc cause they are synonyms with braindead
 
Likewise, the ADA applies to disabled persons, where disability is defined as “a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits a major life activity.” Although it is the most substantial impairment of life, death cannot constitute disability for the purposes of the statute
 
i just want more people on the server to be informed as to the corruption of this server, they decided what is a disability not doctors so be careful if u call somone stupid cause according to there ban braindead is not allowed and a synonym of braindead is stupid
 
i mean A disability is any condition of the body or mind (impairment) that makes it more difficult for the person with the condition to do certain activities (activity limitation) and interact with the world around them (participation restrictions) kinda hard to have a disability if your dead so i mean no it isnt
 
You used that word (disability) in a negative way towards someone which is not allowed so that's why you got punished, read the rules here

also would like to point out its a week ban not a warning like it should be for negative behavior reguardless he wassent banned for negative behavior so what ur saying still proves my point

read the rules bud XD give him a warning then its his first offense and HE WASSENT BANNED FOR NEGATIVE BEHAVIOR he was banned for Negative use of disabilities and diseases
 
which agian brain dead is not a disability or a disease you dont like it then change ur rules as of rn thats what ur rules say.

Admins are braindead that dont know anything they think they Gods on the server if you say to someone you are Braindead you think you are stupid dumb and more just learn the meaning of word braindead did you mother say that to you so you take it offensive dumb kids

a cop cant arrest you for something there isnt a law on, u want to get him punished for negative behavior ok give him his warning (first offense) and remove the lie thats up rn
 
and were allowed to post in general forums to discuss unless that isnt what forums are for
 
Buddy admins will say its not allowed bcs they are wrong about this ban and will do anything to protect them self you think they give a fuck about us players that are donating and stuff they didnt fix server for 2 fucking days its lagging and shit no staff online only when need to ban/mute someone they arent even active 1 admin or mod comes in a week just to chat
