Insulting and Scamming

Hello, my ing is LazaSRB. To keep this short a player named LT_dovydasmc scammed me, than spammed public chat with things like:"I only scam scammers" "Don't cry cause I scammed you" etc. Than he, get this called me gay. Best insult 10/10. I was just wondering if this is punishable cause it took me weeks to get 45 vote keys and to just see them go cause someone scammed me really makes me mad. Please comment if there is a way i can get my keys back. Thanks for reading.
