Increase IP Alt Limit​

Detailed description:

Due to the New Season of OpFactions being "Cane Eco" based on the new update announced , having to afk the SugarCane with alts will be a big thing. Having alts Afk 1 Account Per Chunk will be the standard​

Reason(s):

4 alts will not be enough to AFK a full SugarCane Farm
if you say theres 10 members meaning theres 40 alts , not everyone can run alts usually only 1 person is assigned to run alts meaning only 1 person has to run 40 alts​

Example(s):

Any Server that has Cane as Eco​
