Improve the overall quality of events​

Detailed description:

Whenever there is an event about to start there is a sudden excitement and we all love playing a competitive event on our favourite server. But these events are very scuffed and more of luck based then skill based which is not good.

Pika should add better plugins for better fps, better ping and especially add a feature that if a player gets kicked by the server and rejoins he can rejoin the event and only those player can rejoin who were there and got kicked not the ones who were late.​

Reason(s):

Many players get kicked from the event before they get a chance to play. This is very unfair. There are many bugs in maps, people face low fps, extremely high ping get kicked etc.​

Example(s):

I got kicked alongside many other players before getting a chance to play.
Everyone faces high ping and low fps.​

you can always provide feedback in discord (the pikanetwork's discord) about this issue and i don't think they will be providing better ping/better fps plugin since they are a part of pika network's server (hosted in france)

so i'd give a -1 on this suggestion
