Im losing brain cells

The situation in op factions is dire. I am losing brain cells day by day when our faction "tyrants" (tyrants on top btw) get FALSELY accused throughout the day by some salty and bad players such as Darqneez or whatever the fck his ign is. He doesn't understand simple instructions such as "Make a report with evidence" and keeps calling staff aboose all whilst printing 2017 cannons facing the border #LowerIqThanIcegang. I need your support if you think he should do /server creative and play there instead of opfactions pls drop a +1.
