Illegal Weapons and Items

Lots of illegal/just op items in Creative. These probably came from the main game or got backdoored in. I have an entire museum full of these things meaning they are very common. Im just wondering where they came from.

Everything from Command blocks, Spawners to EternalPVP axes, and custom stuff with 1k enchants. It really isnt a problem but im curious.
