Hello :)! I highly suggest making a Support Ticket with the receipt showing proof that you have that rank. It should definitely be in your email somewhere because everytime you buy something from the shop, they send you a receipt as confirmation that you are the buyer. Once you've done that, just wait patiently or you could even try telling a staff member your issue on TeamSpeak but its all dependent on how busy they are, so just stay in the Help & Support waiting channel until they confront your problem.
