I need help idk what support ticket is

So in my journey in OP skyblock the problem went yesterday I finished all the requirements for l3 and got all of the rewards but my rank is stuck in L2, and when i do /ar check it sais that i already completed the l3 before and i cannot rank up

2nd is that when i voted when i was offline in the game it didnt add to my votecount and neither are the rewards

You should be online in skyblock to receive the rewards.
