When did you buy it? I never have seen you with custom.

Make a support ticket providing screens of your purchase and favourably an old screenshot of your name and rank in-game. That way staff can help you as fast as possible!

So you bought it after you made this post? In your other tab I can see this thread.
And the payment confirmed screen does not prove you actually bought that rank, you could've bought something else.

@alec you might be go to teamspeak. and find the administrator there.. and go to to him. after that you will get the rank custom. and maybe it's a bugged that losses you're rank too!

Please make a support ticket under the donation related department. Please make sure to attach your transaction ID which can be found in the email you received when you purchased the rank.
