I lost my rank

i used to play back in 2016... i bought gold rank and it was on the account name _UMadBro__. i quit at that time due to the lack of players but now i am back and i want to play the server with the rank i used to have...i changed my name to iWillCombo so now when i register i dont have the rank. I hope staff could help me and i can even get in discord or something and talk about this.
