i got banned while i was already banned

i was banned for 30 days on account named zmogeliukass i had like 10 days left to get unbaned but when i went to check the time it sayed i got perm ban for evasion i have no idea what that is can any staff contact me and tell me can i get unbaned if i cant can any one atleast can tell me what for did i got banned while being banned

If i understood everything correctly, you started playing on a new/different account at a time, when the ban on your main account had not yet expired. Accordingly one of the accounts will be permanently banned due to "ban evasion”.

You still can make an appeal, but before that, read this, and what i wrote to you above.
