i got banned for no reason

i was playing practice pvp and i realise something is wrong with my internet and it kicked me for client modfication and then got banned for client modification for 7 days my firend and i were 1v1 eachothers and he said i was teleporting because of my internet and i did nothing wrong so can u please unban me
