I got banned at pika network 😑

I was playing bedwars, I joined quad match ,the game was going good then all of a sudden i got kicked for client modification I mean what the hell !? I hadn't done any modifications but whatever its common in pika network, i have been kicked before too so this was not something new i was facing, then i joined server again went bedwars quad mode , The game countdown was going on that i suddenly got Banned it said that i did cheating ( there written was cheating is not allowed on server) i mean game just started and you ban me for cheating how can i cheat when the game just started and i didn't even cheated . And got banned for 7 days by game console . I hate to say this but i have been playing on pika for so long , i am doing votes daily and then they do this . I cannot even appeal bcoz it says that image are not uploaded when i uploaded them .I hope pika network staff members fix this.
