Maybe i will not give you the best explenation but i can try :) Support ticket you make it when you think you are missing something , that can be a donation rank problems , accaunt stolen ... You also make it if you have problems whit your password ore forums posting .

A support ticket it a thread that only staff see and can answer. You can rate it on a level based off of how important it is. If you provide valid proof your support ticket should be answered fast.
