I didn't receive my crate keys after purchase.

I was buying crates keys because I wanted to try and get something, but after my purchase I waited a few and still haven't received them. It's been a few days and I want to try and get what I paid for. Has anyone else had these problems at all? I did what they recommended but, still I then got busy so it's a few days from the purchase date. If any staff could give me my crate keys that'd be appreciated. My guess is my order got lost or something.

Make a Help and support ticket and explain the issue, thats your best option
