I can't use perm gkit book

Its been 5 days since I got no help with my gkit situation and the gkit is still unusable. After texting many devs/admins and players they all have been telling me to report it in bugs forum, but I reported it 2 times already and still got no answer the season is about the end and I'm about to lose my money so if someone could help that would be great if not well pika staff please stop being lazy and do your work like you're suppose to.
And don't tell me to make another bug report please.

I think some old gkits has been disabled due to some dupe bugs so there isn't something much to do, making a thread wont help you much people will just tell you to make a bug report lol

I bought that gkit for iron currency from payout on opskyblock. Kate told me about that too, but I still wanna try to get my gkit to work its not like I duped it or something I earned it from payout.
