Sometimes the villagers take time to breed with their individual jobs..
Also try using bread to breed them and put them away from other villagers.

They don't breed because they are rare i don't know why the creators removed it but its a fact

yup, basically since pikanetworks release of either survival OR lifesteal, breeding was not really existent, people mainly used safarinets instead.
