I am stuck in a portal trap SOS staff

I stepped in my nether portal in Factions and it takes me to a portal trap in the nether, basically i am in a nether portal with 2 obsidian walls on it. I cant break the obsidian because players cant break blocks while in a nether portal. I cant do /spawn cause players cant talk while in a portal. I cant access my inventory cause players can do that either. Pls reply i need to continue my factions life.
