i saw many players killing mobs so fast how to do it?

got maxed out sword i am talking about some peoples who are on 1.8 with no hit delay like the more they cps they get the faster it kills but for me even I'm on 1.8 i can drag clock 50 to 60cps but i still can't do the way can do it
