How rude and stupid pika staff are

I am NewAlways24. Bc of some reason my premium account got hacked so I do some forums to ask for /crack my account. But after my forums got approved, I found out my acc compromised so I do another forums to uncompromised it. But after it got approved again my account still in compromise. So I private msg some admin n staff to ask for help but getting ignored. I wondering what's the point they need to spend abt 9days *to let me ask someone help me to contact a staff to view my forums and approve it and still not fixing my problem. And how expensive their word cost for just spending a lil time to reply a player which very need help by them. Other staff and admin I just asked for sometimes.Let see if they gna reply me or not spending their time for a lil player who got no power to let them notice.

Hey, I get that you’re really frustrated and upset — totally understandable. But try to take a deep breath and stay a bit calm if you can.

Your account got compromised, and those kinds of cases usually take some time to sort out properly — it’s not instant like normal tickets.

About the Discord staff: they replied in just one day and even said sorry for the wait. That actually shows they’re trying, even if it didn’t feel fast enough. People on support teams get super busy, so small delays happen sometimes.

Best thing you can do right now: Instead of making lots of different posts/threads, just make one really clear post with all the important details in it (like what happened, when, any proof/screenshots, your username, etc.).

One good detailed ticket is way easier and faster for them to handle than five short angry ones. It gives you a much better chance of getting it fixed smoothly.

I would like to say thanks for answering my last question.But as the main point is, after the admin approved my /crack acc request n uncompromise acc request, my account still in ban for compromise right now. I do contacting the staff who ban me for compromise right now but still not getting answer yet, also the staff i contact is not the same staff i provide on photo(*Inform again, I contact the staff after my uncompromise request approved). So the main point isn't password request cause already fixed.
