How do u make a pvp vidoe

so recently I got a new pc and I downloaded OBS
that's the story. the end.

ok, a bit more:
I want to record myself pvping in practice. How the hell would I do that? Is there any OBS settings that yall recommend me to use?
Mainly because I dont want studdering 30fps recordings that is a pain to watch.
My graphics card is decent, it can handle minecraft at 500 fps 12 chunks. I limit it to 100 anyway because its unnessaciary.

also, how tf do u edit? I got adobe premiere and media encoder, should I change to vegas or smth else?

don't limit your fps, get sony vegas pro, ask patolunix for some fire settings, make some sort of combotage or smth idk
