If you're toggled to guild Chat or public chat you may use /g chat or /p chat to u toggle (skip if you aren't toggled to those chats) and then use: !message for using global chat

Hello,

In order to switch to global chat you must repeat the command you used to toggle party chat (/party chat).
And if you're in global chat use the command (/party chat) to get back to party chat!

Just type an ! mark before your message, and type /p chat if you want to switch from team chat to party chat
