After yesterday server shutdown my ping went good but now it become worse​

if your ping has increased on pika lately, use this IP to join it "proxy001.pikasys.net" It'll will give you your normal ping.

Remember that you should be whitelisted to be able to join through a proxy. Plus, do not create a suggestion for this type of thing, as you have a support forum to ask any questions that you have to the staff team.
