Almost everyone is annoyed of false anticheat bans and kicks. And also everyone is annoyed of getting hacked on.
So here's how to avoid false bans and kicks in bedwars:
1. Don't play if your ping is above 350.
2 If someone is lagged and is not moving, don't hit him/or her.
3. Try not to get glitched into block using ender pearl or anything else.
4. When you're getting kicked again and again, don't play for some times otherwise you may get banned instead of kick.
5. Try not to fight high ping players.
6. When you're bridging and get fireballed, either try to avoid fireball or just leave before you get lagged because of fireball and flag anticheat.
If you are keep getting kicked or banned check your network connection and the client you are playing.

And also, I have some experience with minecraft packets, events and making a anticheat plugin overall, so I should be able to explain why you got false ban or kick.
