This probably means you are using someone his IP-Address or using a VPN. As long you don't abuse the VPN's are allowed, but as you see this VPN has been abused and probably IP-Banned for that reason. You can use your own IP-Address to make sure there is no issues between them. If you don't know how to solve this i can try to help you but as @NickTill Said:
