Pls staff anyone solve my case with my acconu beverly i got hackef and lost account acces my password and email are changed and i lost my gold and immortal rank and more value things that i want back pls i spent money on ur server give me back what is mine i think its fair and its not fair that some random dude hack my acc and stole my acc perm immortal rank 200 gold and many op things i had pls hear me pika st

what can be done:
Before making a password reset request, you should try the following commands in-game:

• /changepassword oldPassword newPassword newPassword - Change your password if you are still able to log in.
• /resetpassword - Change your password if you have linked your email.

If you are unable to recover your account from the above method, follow these steps:

• Make sure the account being requested for a password reset was registered by you on the server.
• Make sure you have read the above information and that you meet the requirements.
• Create a password reset request HERE and fill out the details.
• After you have created the request, be patient and wait for a response. Please do not ask staff members to view your request.
• Moreover it is handled by admins, it can take time so be patient
