I'd suggest contacting a Staff member through TeamSpeak as well. It will, however, take them time to get back to you once you've asked for their help on TS. But it is all dependent on how busy they are. Just wait patiently and they will assist you :)

This is probably the best advice, but may I just add it may be worth making a support ticket meantime whilst you are waiting.
