/heal command usage

i dont really understand what the /heal command in sky mines as im trying to buy monarch rank or celestial rank and the /heal command is a perk that comes with the rank. can anyone explain how it works?

I think of you have low health and not in combat so you can use to regenerate all your hearts but I never tried.

Unfortunately,it is denied many times but I really want to add it btw I am monarch but never used /heal because I can afford golden Apples.

it is denied many times but the idea to add level limit to use /passive only till level 49 is good right? because then the players who want seasonal crate but want to use /passive as well will be forced to exceed the level 49 limit to get the seasonal crate.

It helps to a players with higher ranks let me tell you a incident:

I was on 5x level booster and a royal rank guy came and just start spam hitting me but I asked him in chat "what happened"
Btw he is muted for 80 days (idk at that time) when I start hitting him he equips elytra and ran away and came back after 30 seconds it is really Annoying he literally ruined my 5x lvl booster.

maybe the feature to use /passive can also be activated when a player is on booster ignoring the fact if they are above or below level 49.
