Well did you make a ban appeal? Do you have proof that you didn't do anything wrong and that he has falsly banned you? You could try pming him to sort it out in a friendly way.

You see this violates the rules of PikaNetwork. (Ban Evasion) I would not recommend that you join back if its just temporary. If you are banned permanently make an appeal instead of evading your ban.
