Guild Manager System​

Detailed description:

Right now, only the owner of the guild can promote officers and manage various other guild settings. So, I would like to suggest adding the option to promote a guild member to Manager. The manager will have all access to the guild as the owner. We can imagine this like a Discord server, like promoting a member to the Administrator rank, and that will give them access to (almost) the entire server. I know that there is already an option for promoting a guild member to Officer, but the problem with that is that it cannot do all the guild tasks needed for proper management, like promoting other guild members to officers, broadcasting in the guild chat, etc.​

Reason(s):

The reasons are very clear for this:

1. Dependence on the owner is decreased — The owner does not need to perform all actions regarding his guild personally.
2. It lets the owner appoint trusted members as Managers — A Manager could take care of members, ranks, settings, etc. in the guild.
3. When the owner is offline, it helps a lot — It would be easier for the guild to handle important matters even if the owner is away.
4. Efficient delegation of responsibility — Just like in Discord, the owner can delegate many permissions to a trusted member without giving up ownership.
5. It would benefit larger guilds — As the guild gets bigger, it becomes harder to manage everything with only one person having full access.
6. The ownership is not transferred — The owner can let a trusted member handle almost all management tasks while still remaining the owner.
7. An additional level of hierarchy is created — Member → Officer → Manager → Owner.
8. Better management of guilds — Regular management tasks can be delegated to Managers, leaving the owner to focus on more important matters.
