Unfortunately scamming is not dissallowed in kitpvp which means that action cannot be taken against your teammate.
As for your money, the server does not refund money/items in case u get scammed by someone.

u should be careful when u are handing someone ur currency or coins or whatever.. always make sure u give it to someone u trust so u dont get scammed
