Got bugged in sand then banned by console

First l got kicked, then banned for 10 min. Now l m banned for 1 hour and l m afraid to enter again because l got bugged in sand and console keeps banning me for that

Well i had the same situation but with a 1 block hole with closed trap doors instead of sand, just ask someone to tpa u out, they gotta be lord rank (or above)
