Suggestion:
Global Unban

Detailed description:
Suggesting global unban for every user ever banned on PikaNetwork. How would this work? This action would be done by Pika staff. Every banned player ever would get unbanned by this action. Exceptions should be people that has been banned for duping, doxing or if they are blacklisted. People affected by this should be all other ban reasons such as Cheating, Ban Evasion, Discrimination and more. People that are muted temporarily or permanently shouldn't be affected by this action.

Reason(s):
1) Lower players counts than years back. I played Pika years back and to this day, it's clear that players have bene quitting for either getting banned or their friends getting banned. Pika used to peak at 4,000 or so players at a good day and for the past few weeks it has been barely hitting numbers like 3,000 at weekends, not to mention player counts on weekdays.

2) Old players coming back to play. Old players that have maybe been banned would come back to play again. This would mean more players for Pika in general.

3) Alt accounts banned for ban evasion would be available again for their owners to use.

4) Same idea has been executed on Jartex recently and got a lot of attention on the server.

5) Potential for old players. Maybe some hacker from 2020 is now better person and can only be a good thing for the server.

Example(s):
Player <Cxrtex> being unbanned because of X-ray months back, now bought $50 worth of Pika gold to celebrate his permanent punishment being revoked by this action.

My second point still stands nonetheless.
If we unban players who broke rules, there are chances that there will be even more rule breakers in the future, which is definitely something we don't want.

-1 After a permanent ban you can appeal after 6 months... pretty sure, but check yourself how it work

There are rules, if you have that superpower to read them, you should not get banned permanently.
The ability to play fair is sometimes just not available sadly and therefore bans should remain. As mentioned, you can appeal as long as you learned from your mistake.
Methovas, I see your concern that you don't like people to be unbanned after being perm banned but just think for a second if players would receive second chance once why would they waste it, and get perm banned again for hacking, ban evading etc.
Also, not to mention that some players didnt even knew the rule of ban evading sometimes they just have a dynamic ip which changes whenever wifi is reconnected so they would just randomly talk about that their main got banned so they are playing with alt someone just reports him and boom that person unknowingly gets perm banned for ban evasion.

Get it? So, all bans are not even legit and if staff they out time to listen to all of them they would probably go mad because of possible reason and less trust in the community as we all know staff doesn't trust this community at all which is right but those who are legit just gets crushed between this.

Bro just think for a second why will anyone waste their second chance?
And get perm banned again? Like if a person have a really stacked id perm banned why would he like to get another perm banned
Also pika should just improve their anti cheat and stop banning innocent players

If, you are just a lazy person accept this aint taking long hours.
I am pretty much familiar with servers workings and devs can easily do whatever they like (from unregistering accounts to unbanning everyone in a click)
So, you just have lack of information so better get info first than say something.
You as a non-staff member are not even able to know if it takes hours or just a click. Like bro there are reasons why people get banned

Players already get another chance if they've been banned before, except a few punishments (e.g., duping, chargebacking). They can improve upon getting punished and start following the server rules.

For example, if Player A gets banned for cheating, they get a 90 day IP-ban, and not directly a permanent IP-ban.

If players get unbanned, this is giving them a second chance to play on the server, also adding a risk to breaking the server rules again.

If everyone would take 10 minutes of their time, using the ability to read, you all would see what rules there are, that there are no second chances and when a punishment becomes permanent because of the offense count

You wasted 2 chances to stop cheating. Thats 3 punishments... You could have stopped using cheats, but you didn't... So explain why exactly would you not cheat after the 3rd offense...

-1, sounds good in paper but that means more work for the staff team since they have to go around again for the rule breakers and it contradicts to their regulation that emphasizes 'no second chances' in their ban appeals.
and that means EVERY cheater in history since 2014 will get unban and for those old accounts, it will be unregistered which gives tons of beamers to try to beam the old donator ranks accounts to themselves. I doubt this suggestion would even be implemented.
edit: really bad idea regardless of how many players will come back to play.

That's the thing I didn't cheat at all it was just that I could not ss due to poor pc spec at that moment but in the 3rd offence I thought that admitting will lead to a temp ban instead it got me perm banned even when I didn't cheat at all. That's why I mentioned that many players a falsely banned yet legal one. If you got some issues in understanding the text then you might need to go to school.
Also, before you say me to appeal, then let me tell you I have already appealed like 5 times and got denied saying valid punishment. The staff won't trust on me

Also, another reason for this to be accepted is that it has been implemented on jartex aswell and this would just be great for those who just want a second chance

That's just a lie, you got screenshared before and you had active illegal mods.
Also my answer has nothing to do with not understanding what you write, that's just out of context.

But they are likely just people who can only use cheating tools, so what is the meaning of our anti-cheating efforts?

+1 very good idea I think and it’s gonna help the server get the players that quit after a perm ban

An unban wave is alright, but what about the username/skin specific bans (Inappropriate usernames/skins/capes)

That's because it's an IP-ban. Anyone playing in the your region/IP will be punished too. We do this to prevent evasion and there's no alternative to fix it.

Yea but it dosnt make sense just ban the other account with the same days why to banned it permanently

We don't 'ban the account' if you're talking about IP-bans. I think that you're talking about ban evasion, which is when you use another account to play on the server when the other account is IP-banned.
