Global cooldown on pets​

Detailed description:

There should be a global cooldown on pet's. For example whale pet's, people keep 4/6 whale pets in there inventory and spam use them again and again to keep the person stuck inside the cage. This make it impossible to escape and there is a thing when the person jump and use the pet a obbi floor spawns below the cage. so the players get stuck in it and can not fight back.​

Reason(s):

It is impossible to escape and with the bottom obi layer players are stuck in it and can not hit the enemy​

Yep this suggestion is really needed im fed up of glitching in the obi cage forever and gettin killed by players everytime i go pvp xD. It will balance the worth of pet and also balance the op fac warzone. However, This will blatantly decrease value of pets resulting in decrease in economy
