It seems like it is a problem with your connection with the server try to turn off windows update when you're playing on the server close chrome and it's tab close anything you have open which consumes your internet.

Make sure that your internet connection is ok, its a common problem if ya get around near 200 ping.

Dude is possible its a region issue . I know where you from and I have faced that issue when I was there just give it a few mins should work.

I'd suggest joining with a different proxy such as top.pika.host due to it most of the time being the fault of the proxy. Rejoin with a different proxy and that should fix the problem, works for me
