GenPvP Strikes/Warnings​

Detailed description:

Add the Strikes/Warning System from OpFactions to GenPvP for rules such as the following:
Team Bans (2 = a reduction of points)
Boosting (Points Reset according to Axtyy and bowp)
Teaming (DQ or reduction of points maybe)​

Reason(s):

multiple teams have multiple boosting/cheating bans but dont get striked/penalized for it
and some mega organizations with over 400 members , create multiple little teams to bully other playing teams out of Team Top

You only focus on the fact that Cobra is a very large team of 400 people. Have you ever thought that the vast majority of them don't often play genPVP and have their own lives, while you play this game almost day and night to gain absolute advantages in all aspects (such as invading others' bases at any time, letting others act as thugs to help you occupy all outposts 24 hours a day, as well as occupying all servers' natural koth, and even competing with new gen for treasure chests and killing everywhere when loot crates appear in outposts)
If there were no team Cobra, you would really be able to do those things, almost dominating the entire GenPvP, and no other team could compete with you, nor could you build your own base and occupy even one outpost with peace of mind. Everyone would live under the domination of Nohook. This is what you want to see?
I know your team has already fallen out of the top three in OpFaction, so you started coveting Gen PvP, a new mode full of new players, hoping to dominate and squeeze out other teams that interfere with you. It seems to be to maintain server order, but in reality, it is a despicable and greedy behavior, which really makes me sick. You like to buy other advantageous teams everywhere to help you, and target those teams that threaten you, whether it is slaughtering and invading them in the game or crazily reporting them.
You will only ruin the fun of other ordinary players in gen PVP, just to get settlement rewards and exchange them for pika gold. However, not many people are willing to pay, and the amount is even less than the one-week salary you described. You have also boasted about having a well-paid job in the Philippines. So please find your own life, find a girlfriend who loves you, and don't waste a long precious life in a virtual game. You have worked hard for more than a thousand hours in this game (each GenPvP season is one month long), and in the end, you only have a Pika Iron reward of over 100 euros, which has to be split with your good teammates.

1, the suggestion was made to prevent teams from TEAMING up , forcing teams to maintain their small group of players and not need the help of other teams
2, we're currently ftop1 on opfactions
3, cobra started the multiple team ganks on outpost
4, I do have a girlfriend
5, I do have a life (a job , friends , hobbies etc) pika only takes up my spare time between Hospital Duties and Lab reports
6, lastly the report itself makes the game more fair for smaller teams as large alliances of multiple teams would be disallowed, Cobra was merely used as an example and not directly suggested to prevent them
