Generator limit. Is this a bug or is it just a dumb idea?

I don't know if this is only for solos but there is a limit on generators which is 32 iron and 6 gold. What is your opinion on this? I think it is dumb and it isn't clear enough for me to see if it is a bug so I can report it.

Otherwise you would get a large amount of iron and gold that you could probably buy some annoying things like bows when ever you die .

Atleast gold limit should be 8, because we cant even buy a iron sword on death.

better store gold in your ender/normal chest so that you can get it when you respawn.
