OP Prison gang cell overhaul

Suggestion:

gang cell overhaul​

Detailed description:

right now the gang cell is very boring, with a rather limited pallet and a limit to creativity
i suggest a complete /shop overhaul, adding a lot more blocks (including but not limited to redstone items) to spur creativity and give something for gang members to do in spare time, instead of logging off

another good idea is to increase the border and no of warps a gang can have

also re-adding /fly to help with said builds, whereas right now /fly is really buggy requiring us to type /fly and spam the spacebar in hopes of flying

a wandering trader with custom trades that spawns in gang cell, giving items that are purely for decoration and not giving any advantage feels like a good addition to make the gang cell more useful aswell (a side-quest when waiting for crops to regrow)

with the new auto-replant hoe already accepted, this would bring a lot of life back to the gang cell​

Reason(s):

the gang cell system right now is limited to just farming, just reducing its potential

the extra warps could split the gang cell between public access (minigames, parkour, builds etc) and gang access (farms)

building without /fly makes it a hassle to check missing blocks and build. /fly gives the ability to add the finer details a player just cannot go without

it allows the building community to rejoin op prision​

we could make roller coasters, parkours, minigames etc

it can allow us to have fun in gang cell instead of just mining away for eternity

there could be a dedicated shop warp and vault warp, farm warp etc

/fly helps in fixing random builds​
