Gain more fragments​

Detailed description:

Increase the amount of fragments we get from blocks in the /warp pvp. Just like abyss, the higher your rebirth, the more coins you get when you mine. It would be a great implementation to do the same for gathering fragments as its already hard to get. Make the multiplier you get from blocks more either by rebirth level or pickaxe skins. Currently cinamon pickaxe skins gains us 21 blocks mined per block mine, if would be good if it does the same for fragment blocks​

Reason(s):

Sapphire & Philosphy fragments are insanely hard to get and they take alot of time​

Example(s):

1 Block mined = 21 blocks with cinamon pick skin in /mine
1 fragment blocked mine = 1 fragments

Maybe making it max at 1 fragment blocked mine = 10 fragments in terms of rebirth levels
and maybe pickaxe skins can add a few fragments received up to +5. So it just increases the fragments received and take reasonalby lesser time to max out a set.​
