please make a command for reporting players for hacks while playing​

Reason(s):

many people use hacks and the players who play fairly do not report them as it is a long process​

This has been suggested many times before and has been denied. This (referring to /report) used to be a feature but was removed due to inefficiency and no way of proving anything.
