For everyone who said I was lying about this bug

I had donator rank before and I bought ingame rank (idk why) just testing out the new features and stuff and it removes my rank. If you look at the image you can see that I have 48/60 power only for donators and plus the cooldown on prem key kit.

If you're a Donator, you must have an email with the donation receipt. You can use this as proof to claim back your rank.

File as support ticket with proof of purchase.
