Fix server hit registration issue
Detailed description:
I am requesting the development team to please investigate and fix the hit registration (hitreg) issue that has been affecting multiple game modes across the Pika Network. This issue causes hits in PvP combat to frequently not register correctly, resulting in a frustrating and unfair gameplay experience. It is especially noticeable in fast-paced modes like Practice, KitPvP, BedWars, and Lifesteal.
From my observation and personal experience, this problem significantly affects player performance and reduces overall competitiveness and fun. Players often find that their hits either don't connect or are delayed, even with a stable internet connection and decent ping. It appears to be a server-side issue rather than a client or connection-related one.

Reason(s):
The hitreg issue has unfortunately forced me—and many others—to stop playing on Pika Network. I last played in 2023 and only recently considered returning. However, the same issue still persists. Because of this, I shifted to other servers where hit registration feels smoother and more accurate.
This is not shared as criticism but rather as constructive feedback from someone who genuinely enjoyed the Pika Network experience. I want to come back and enjoy the server again, but this issue needs to be addressed for that to happen.

Fixing hitreg will:
- Greatly improve PvP fairness
- Enhance competitive gameplay
- Encourage former and new players to return or stay longer
- Reflect positively on server reputation and player satisfaction
Example(s):
Gamster.org is an example of a server where PvP mechanics and hit registration are optimized and consistent. I currently play there and have noticed a considerable difference. While I apologize for mentioning another server, I do so only to highlight the level of improvement possible.
