Fix op prison pvp style​

Detailed description:

Dear Staff,
Right now, there is a major issue with OP Prison's version configuration. The network requires players to join using version 1.21, but the game mode is still using 1.8 PvP combat mechanics. [1, 2]
Because we are forced onto 1.21 clients, the 1.8 combat style causes broken hit registration, laggy hitboxes, and non-functional block-hitting.
Please fix this by choosing one path:

1. Allow 1.8 Clients: Change the network settings so players can natively log in with a 1.8 client.
2. Update PvP to 1.21: Keep the 1.21 join requirement, but fully update the combat mechanics to 1.21 (with weapon cooldowns, shields, and maces). [1]

• No Block-Hitting: Players cannot use classic 1.8 block-hitting mechanics on a native 1.21 client.
• Laggy Combat: Forcing new clients to use old combat mechanics makes PvP feel clunky, laggy, and unpolished.

no there is not issue and bugs but because it not support version 1.8 so most 1.8 players cant join it so making it support version 1.8 would be a better idea or change pvp to 1.21 is another good idea
