Fix for insane amount of hubbing

Detailed description:
If an entire team disconnects 1 minute or more after game start, the game counts as a loss, regardless of how they disconnect. This means that no matter whether your team gets warped, disconnects because of network issues, or straight up presses the disconnect button, or any other reason, it counts as a loss, as long as 1 minute has passed since game start.

Reason(s):
Today "hubbing" is a common issue on pika, and a lot of players do it to avoid losing winstreaks or getting losses at all. This is considered an exploit, and although you do get banned for it, it happens so much that many hubbers are not caught, and it (probably) costs staff a substantial amount of time to go through all the reports for hubbing. Though I can see the disadvantages of this change, as people disconnecting due to network issues having games counted as a loss, or randomly being warped out by a party member, I think the benefits of essentially eliminating the hubbing problem, will far outweigh these. The 1 minute "grace period" at the start of each game still allows you to back out before anything substantial has happened.

Example(s):
  1. You face opponents you don't want to play against, and back out at the start of the game - game does not count as a loss.
  2. Bed is about to be broken towards the end of the game (+1 minute after game start), you try to disconnect to save your winstreak - game counts as a loss, and winstreak is gone
  3. Bed is already broken (+1 minute after game start) and you get your teammate to warp you out of the game to save your winstreak - game counts as a loss

The thing has pika has many network problems and almost every player faces them so this is more of a disadvantage than advantage

There are times when the internet cuts out for a minute or the game crashes. It doesn't feel fair to get an automatic loss and have the win streak reset because of something that players can't control. The one-minute grace period doesn't help if the crash happens. For now, I still believe that the current report system, while slow and requiring more effort, at least tries to figure out who actually broke the rules on purpose. An automatic system like this would just create a lot of frustration for the unfortunate players.
