Fix Elytra in Pvp Zone
Detailed description:
I suggest changing the current Elytra restriction in PvP zones so that players can use their Elytra freely unless they are actively in combat. Currently, players can still fly into PvP zones using an Elytra if they launch from spawn, but once they reach the ground, bugs and inconsistencies can occur because of the restriction. Instead of completely restricting Elytra usage in PvP zones, I think it would be much better to disable it only when a player receives a combat tag. This would prevent players from using Elytra to escape fights while still allowing everyone to travel around and use their Elytra normally when they are not fighting. Once the combat tag expires, Elytra usage should be enabled again automatically. This approach would make the system more consistent, avoid unnecessary restrictions on players who are not involved in PvP, and maintain fair gameplay without giving anyone an unfair advantage during combat. The goal is not to remove the restriction entirely, but to make it work only when it actually matters. I believe this would be a more practical and balanced solution for SkyMines, improving the overall player experience while still preserving the purpose of PvP combat restrictions.
Reason(s):
Elytra should only be disabled when a player is in combat to prevent them from escaping fights. Players who are not fighting should be able to fly freely through PvP zones, making the system fairer and avoiding unnecessary restrictions and bugs.

Example(s):
For example, players could use Elytra to travel through PvP zones freely unless they enter combat, when Elytra would be disabled until their combat tag expires. This would prevent players from escaping fights, reduce landing bugs, and save time by avoiding unnecessary restrictions and allowing players to travel more efficiently. Thank you for reading!
