Fix chat spam update​

Detailed description:

since pika Network reduced the anti spam update that doesn't allow u to send the same message twice in chat, ive had loads of problems. Firstly, anytime I send a message before the chat cool down ends, my message won't send. THEN when I try to send it again, the anti spam will not let me send it because it says it matches my last message even tho my last message didnt send cs of the cool down. Secondly, I CANT EVEN say ggs after games because of the stupid anti spam. or other comms like inc, walk out, bed etc.
please if there's no way to fix these problems can u PLS remove the anti spam. Ive spoke with a lot of other pika players and they share the same struggles and hate the anti spam.​
