Factions Reset?

Faction is getting boring day by day. I've seen like around maximum 10-15 players online everyday which is really less (It used to be 40-60 days previous reset).The Reason for reset is:
1:The Normal factions is less competitive right now as lots of people now have gears and stuff
2:Factions could not compete each other.Why?Because The top faction has 4.4b like its gona take 3 months to get that kind of money.
3:Its been long time since reset has happened and that is why there are less people online because they already got what they needed and they can't compete between factions.
(If I am wrong set me right,If i have missed a point or whatsoever please do tell me)

I agree factions is so dead and they need to reset it as soon as possible

It really hurts to see regular faction server empty and dead. In my opinion regular factions needs reset and update as soon as possible. Some players are going to be really greatful with that and surely some old players are going to get back on server.
