I wnat to adress the fact that the payouts should reward the faction in gold instead of the iron as gold can be used in ah to buy iteams to get a advantage in next payout or there should be a npc that converts the iron to gold
the second thing is that the final payouts should have other payment methords like google pay cryto etc too as in many countries paypal is not allowed having other ways to get the payout like in google pay which is accepted in more than 100 countries would be a good alternative
